  2. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy.

  3. Mix diced strawberries with 2 tablespoons sugar and let sit 10 minutes to macerate.

  4. Combine crushed cookies or crackers with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.

  5. Lay out a crepe, spread filling evenly, sprinkle crumbs and strawberries, and roll up tightly. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

  6. Wrap rolls in plastic and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Slice into 1-inch pieces and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
