RECIPE (4 servings, 15min prep time):
Fry for a few minutes
Cook 2-3 mins.
Stir it in.
Cut your pitas in half and generously add the filling.
Brush with some oil and fry each side until golden brown.
Whipped tahini:
Whisk while adding water (about ¼ cup (60ml)) until the dip reaches a creamy consistency.
Serve with the pita.
