Lemon Pudding
  1. Grease and flour the pudding tins.

  2. Place the steaming basket into your 10 in 1 Multi Cooker by @morphyrichardsUK and pour in boiling water. The water level should be around 1 cm underneath the basket and not touching the basket.

  3. Place the butter and sugar in a bowl and whisk till creamy. Add the eggs one at a time and whisk in slowly.

  4. Add the lemon extract, zest and juice of two lemons and then the flour. Mix in slowly. Add the baking powder and milk and whisk till smooth and airy.

  5. Divide the mixture between the four pudding tins and cover tightly with a foil lid. Make a pleat in the foil to allow for expansion.

  6. Place the tins on the steamer basket, pop the lid on and set the 10 in 1 multicooker to "Steam" for 25 minutes!

  7. Once cooked. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then tap on the base and remove from the tins. Leave to cool on a wire rack or enjoy nice and warm straight from the steamer.
