Spread bean dip in bottom of 8x8 baking dish
Mash 3 avocados with 2 tsp lemon juice, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper and 1 tsp salsa
Spread avocado mixture over bean dip
Mix 1 ½ cups sour cream, ½ cup mayo, and 1 taco seasoning packet
Spread sour cream mixture over avocado layer
Cover with shredded cheddar cheese
Layer fresh tomatoes, scallions, and sliced olives on top
Refrigerate for a few hours before serving
Serve with tortilla chips
