Peel the apples and cut them into pieces.
Place in a pot, add lemon juice, and cook on low heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Blend into a puree. You should get about 540 g of apple puree.
Melt the chocolate (microwave or double boiler).
Mix the puree with the melted chocolate until smooth.
Pour into a 20 cm mold lined with parchment paper.
Let cool slightly, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
