Creamy Baked Custard Cake (crustless Cheesecake Style)
  1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease a round baking dish (8–9 inches).

  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until smooth and slightly pale.

  3. Pour in milk, cream, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix well.

  4. Sift in flour and salt. Whisk until smooth (batter will be thin—that’s normal).

  5. Pour into the prepared dish. Bake for 50–60 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

  6. Let it cool at room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  7. Slice and serve chilled or slightly cool.
