Matcha Chia Pudding
  1. Add chia seeds and milk into a bowl and whisk vigorously to combine.

  2. Let the pudding rest and then whisk again.

  3. Push matcha (over the chia pudding) through a small fine mesh sieve using the back of a spoon and whisk to combine.

  4. Add honey, vanilla and salt and whisk one more time.

  5. Place the pudding in the fridge to set for 2 hours or overnight.

  6. Once chia is set, top it off with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
