Melt 100g white chocolate in the microwave on 30 second bursts until fully melted.
Melt 2 heaped tbsp Biscoff spread (smooth or crunchy), then add to the white chocolate and mix until combined.
Add 100g cornflakes then give it a good stir.
Spoon the mixture into a medium-sized tin or dish lined with baking/greaseproof paper & press down in an even layer.
Drizzle with a little more melted Biscoff spread. I also added a pinch of sea salt on top which is optional but definitely recommended!
Place in the fridge for at least one hour, or until set.
Slice into 6 squares, then serve & enjoy!
