  1. Mix flour, yogurt, and a pinch of salt together

  2. Knead until smooth

  3. Rest dough in fridge

  4. Roll out into balls (approximately 50g each)

  5. Roll each ball into thin disks

  6. Chill the disks

  7. Cook over coals or in a pan with olive oil and salt until cooked through

  8. Optional: brush with bone marrow, confit garlic, or butter before rolling
