Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats (5 jars)
  1. Add the oats, almond milk, vegan yogurt, and tahini to a large mixing bowl and stir together until well-combined.

  2. Set out 5 glass storage jars with lids (Mason jars work great). Using a measuring cup, scoop out 1 cup portions of the oats into each jar, then add a layer of ½ cup chopped strawberries. Continue to layer the oats and strawberries until you get to the top of the jar. (NOTE: The last layer should be oats, not strawberries. Raw strawberries exposed at the top could end up molding in the fridge over the week.). Optionally, you can simply combine all the ingredients and then add to the jars (no layering).

  3. Place lids on each of the jars and set in the fridge to store.

  4. If you like your oats on the sweeter side, by all means add some extra sweetener of your choice to each jar, such as maple syrup or agave. Be sure to mix well. I personally like to add a small pinch of salt and a few tablespoons of maple syrup.
