Campfire Loaded Baked Potatoes
  1. Prep campfire coals, BBQ, or oven set to 400 degrees.

  2. Spray the inside of 2 large sheets of tinfoil. Wrap whole potatoes individually in foil.

  3. Place foil-wrapped potatoes onto coals, grill, or oven rack. Cook until softened, about 15-20 mins. Shake and turn the tinfoil packet every few minutes to avoid burning.

  4. Carefully unwrap potatoes but leave in foil. Slice lengthwise part-way through potato to create a well for toppings.

  5. Add butter, bacon, shredded cheese, and seasoning into each potato; fold the tinfoil to enclose and return to heat for another 5-10 mins.

  6. Remove the packet from the heat and open carefully. Portion out the potatoes onto plates OR leave them into the packages, like we do. No dishes!

  7. Top with the remaining toppings: green onion, cheese, sour cream, and salt/pepper.
