Place chuck roast or pieces in an oven safe pot with a lid (Dutch oven)
Season meat with salt and pepper
Mix all sauce ingredients together
Pour sauce over meat
Bake at 300°F for 3-4 hours or until soft, checking after 2 hours and turning meat occasionally
Use 2 forks to pull apart the meat when soft
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions
Serve over rice
