Keto Chicken And Broccoli Lasagna
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cook and shred the chicken breasts (grilled, baked, or boiled). Shred the chicken using two forks or your hands. Season with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  3. Steam or blanch the broccoli until tender. Chop it into small pieces.

  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli with mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  5. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  6. Add heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.

  7. In a baking dish, spread a layer of the shredded chicken on the bottom.

  8. Add a layer of the broccoli mixture on top of the chicken.

  9. Pour a little of the cheese sauce over the broccoli.

  10. Repeat the layers: chicken, broccoli mixture, and cheese sauce.

  11. Top with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese.

  12. Bake the lasagna in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

  13. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

  14. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
