Preheat oven to 375F.
Add almond flour and yogurt to a bowl and mix until evenly combined.
Knead the dough for about 3 minutes.
Roll into a log, slice into 6 sections, shape into a bagel, and poke a hole through the center.
Add egg wash on top (optional) and seasonings of choice.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool, add your favorite spread, and enjoy!
