2-ingredient Bagels
  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. Add almond flour and yogurt to a bowl and mix until evenly combined.

  3. Knead the dough for about 3 minutes.

  4. Roll into a log, slice into 6 sections, shape into a bagel, and poke a hole through the center.

  5. Add egg wash on top (optional) and seasonings of choice.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  7. Let cool, add your favorite spread, and enjoy!
