In a bowl, mix oil, lukewarm water, sugar, and yeast.
Add flour and salt, stir until sticky dough forms. Cover and rest 20 mins.
Perform stretch & fold 3 times every 20 mins: wet your hands, grab one edge of dough, stretch it upward, fold it over the center, rotate bowl, and repeat 3-4 times. Cover after each round.
Let dough rest 1–1.5 hrs until it puffs up.
Transfer dough to floured surface, divide into 4 balls, cover and rest 20–30 mins.
Preheat oven on broil. Place an oven tray or pizza stone inside to get very hot.
Shape a dough ball on parchment paper, add sauce, mozzarella, garlic cream cheese, and tomatoes.
Place the parchment with pizza on a tawa or pan, then slide the whole thing onto the preheated hot tray in the oven. Bake 3–4 mins on broil, then lower oven to 220°C (425°F) and bake until crust is golden.
Top with fresh baby arugula and drizzle with hot honey. Enjoy!
