Delicious Scallion Pan-Rolls ( soft crumbs & crispy bottom)

combine altogether and set aside
In a stand mixer combine all the ingredients & kneaded until smooth and elastic (Achieve windowpane)
Form into a ball & rest 2 hrs
Use a rolling pin to flatten & roll out into a rectangle sheet
Brush some olive oil & spread the scallion mixture on the surface & roll into a long log
Cut into 10 pieces
Add some oil in a nonstick pan. Place the dough balls in it.
Proof until almost doubled (do finger poke test)
Cover the lid & cook in low medium heat for 10-12 mins until the bottom is golden
Serve warm.
