Sourdough scallion pan-rolls

Delicious Scallion Pan-Rolls ( soft crumbs & crispy bottom)

Dough :

Filling :

  1. combine altogether and set aside

  2. In a stand mixer combine all the ingredients & kneaded until smooth and elastic (Achieve windowpane)

  3. Form into a ball & rest 2 hrs

  4. Use a rolling pin to flatten & roll out into a rectangle sheet

  5. Brush some olive oil & spread the scallion mixture on the surface & roll into a long log

  6. Cut into 10 pieces

  7. Add some oil in a nonstick pan. Place the dough balls in it.

  8. Proof until almost doubled (do finger poke test)

  9. Cover the lid & cook in low medium heat for 10-12 mins until the bottom is golden

  10. Serve warm.
