Biscuit Fudge Slice
  1. Line a large slice pan with baking paper

  2. Melt butter, cocoa, and sugar together in a small saucepan, stirring to dissolve the sugar

  3. Remove from the heat, add vanilla and cool until just warm

  4. Place biscuits into food processor and pulse until chopped

  5. Lightly whisk eggs, stir into chocolate. Mix well!

  6. Combine with biscuits and press into your prepared slice tin

  7. Refrigerate

  8. Prepare icing and pour over slice. Refrigerate overnight
