Homemade Tortillas
  1. Combine four, salt and water and mix to combine (start with a spoon, then you can use your hands once it cools a bit.

  2. Transfer dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until you end up with a soft ball.

  3. Cover for 15 minutes.

  4. Cut into 8-10 equal wedges, rolling each into a ball.

  5. Use a rolling pin and roll until flat on a lightly floured surface.

  6. Preheat pan on medium heat.

  7. Add tortilla and cook for about a minute until bubbles appear, then flip and cook for an additional minute and onto the next one.
