2-ingredient Protein Tortillas
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a cookie sheet with parchment and very lightly spray with nonstick spray.

  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  3. Scoop ⅓ cup batter onto pan and spread to a flat disk. The disc should be about 5 ½ inches across.

  4. I used an extra large sheet pan and they first all three tortillas perfectly.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.

  6. Allow to cool almost completely before flipping with a thin metal spatula, then bake an additional 5 minutes.

  7. Enjoy with your favorite fillings.
