Preheat oven to 350 and line a cookie sheet with parchment and very lightly spray with nonstick spray.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Scoop ⅓ cup batter onto pan and spread to a flat disk. The disc should be about 5 ½ inches across.
I used an extra large sheet pan and they first all three tortillas perfectly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
Allow to cool almost completely before flipping with a thin metal spatula, then bake an additional 5 minutes.
