Cottage Cheese Pancakes
  1. Combine the wet ingredients: ½ mashed banana, 1 egg, and 2 heaped tbsp cottage cheese. Whisk together with a fork until smooth.

  2. Then add in 2 heaped tbsps of self raising gf flour and stir to combine.

  3. Heat some coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the pan is hot, fry the pancakes until golden.
