Make the yakisoba sauce by combining oyster sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, white vinegar, and apple cider vinegar.
Slice the cabbage, white onion, green onion, carrots and mushrooms.
Fry the beef, then the mushrooms, and finally the chopped vegetables.
Boil and drain the yakisoba noodles, then fry them up with oil, leaving them undisturbed for about a minute.
Add the beef, vegetables, yakisoba sauce, sesame oil and Browning sauce to the noodles.
Finish with sesame seeds, Kewpie mayo, and chopped seaweed.
