Cooked - Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Dates

1 package of pitted dates

½ package of regular (not thick cut) bacon, sliced into ¼’s

4 ounces of soft cheese

Cut bacon into ¼'s
Stuff pitted dates with soft cheese
Wrap each date with a piece of bacon
Secure with toothpick or skewer
Bake on a lined tray or on a rack for chewy crispness
Serve with toothpicks for easy handling
