Salted Date Caramels
  1. Soak ½ cup pitted dates in hot water for 5–10 minutes

  2. Blend soaked dates with ¼ cup nut butter, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, vanilla, and salt

  3. Scoop mixture into muffin pan and freeze

  4. Melt chocolate with coconut oil

  5. Dip caramels in melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt

  6. Store in freezer
