  1. In a food processor, combine chick peas & hearts of palm, pulsing till finely chopped. Add ½ the panko along with green onions, celery, flaxseed mean, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, Creole mustard, salt & pepper. Continue pulsing just until mixture begins to hold together.

  2. Shape mixture into 8 ½" patties. Place the remaining bread crumbs in a bowl. Dip patties in breadcrumbs to coat.

  3. In medium skillet heat oil over medium heat. Cook patties for 6-8 minutes or untill golden & heated through.

  4. Serve over mixed greens with remoulade & lemon wedges.
