Lentil & Butternut Squash Curry
  1. Add the entire package of lentils, entire butternut squash, entire jar of curry sauce, and entire can of coconut milk to a pan

  2. Stir and wait for it to come to a boil

  3. Lower the heat and cover with a lid

  4. Heat for 20-25 minutes, or until the butternut squash is fork tender

  5. Serve and enjoy

Suggestions: add spinach leaves towards end, serve with TJ’s naan
