Langos
  1. Heat milk+yeast (not boiling)

  2. Put sugar in warm yeast

  3. Wait for it to bubble, low heat still, just warm not boiling

  4. Add salt to flour

  5. Mix flour and milk by adding milk in little bits and mixing by hand then adding more (about 2-4 tbps at a time) do so until dough is combined but not heavy (if you lift a bit it will pull at least a meter if not more)

  6. Leave dough to rest for at least 30 minutes but preferably an hour

  7. Heat up sunflower oil in pan at medium-medium high for at least 10 minutes

  8. Prep a baking sheet and wire holder for finished lángos

  9. When oil is hot, make a fist sized ball of dough and pull it apart into a disk by hand using gravity and make sure edges are a bit thicker

  10. Fry in oil until bottom edges are golden, then flip

  11. Rest on wire rack for a minute before toppings
