Chicken Club Potato Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Slice potatoes thinly and mix with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper

  3. Roast potatoes on a tray for 15 minutes until softened

  4. Combine chicken, cooked bacon, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion, tomatoes, and half the cheese in a bowl

  5. Layer in a baking dish: half the potato, half the chicken mixture, remaining potatoes, remaining mixture

  6. Top with remaining cheese

  7. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C
