Preheat oven to 180°C
Slice potatoes thinly and mix with olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper
Roast potatoes on a tray for 15 minutes until softened
Combine chicken, cooked bacon, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion, tomatoes, and half the cheese in a bowl
Layer in a baking dish: half the potato, half the chicken mixture, remaining potatoes, remaining mixture
Top with remaining cheese
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C
