Boil the new potatoes until tender then smash with the bottom of a glass
Spray with oil then season with roast potato seasoning (or Aromat) and paprika
Air fry on 200C for 10 minutes, flip, spray again then cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until crispy
Cook the beef mince in a pan until browned then season with 1 tsp mustard and tomato puree or tomato ketchup
Crumble over the beef stock cube along with a dash of boiling water to loosen and cook on high for a minute to get sticky
Make the burger sauce by mixing tomato ketchup with mayo, 1 tsp mustard, dash of gherkin juice and a pinch of paprika and garlic granules
Assemble the dish, drizzle over the burger sauce, then the finely diced onions and serve
