Cook Pasta
Cook pasta in boiling salted water per package instructions.
Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.
Make Sauce
Melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook until blonde.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add cream and cook until bubbling.
Whisk in Parmesan, salt, and paprika.
Simmer 1-2 minutes to thicken slightly.
Combine and Serve
Add cooked pasta to sauce.
Toss until coated. Add reserved pasta water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if sauce is too thick.
Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
