Banzai Bowls Acai Bowl Recipe
  1. Put pineapple juice and coconut milk in blender. Run frozen acai packet under hot water for a few seconds to loosen up. Cut off top and squeeze from packet onto cutting board. Cut acai into small pieces and add to blender. Add frozen bananas and mangos to blender. Blend everything together until smooth. If too thick to blend, add about ¼ cup of juice. If too thin, add more frozen fruit or ice to thicken. The final product should be the same consistency as a very thick milkshake.

  2. Pour blender contents into bowl. Top with fresh fruit, granola, mini chocolate chips, and honey.* Enjoy immediately.
