Combine warm water, yeast, sugar, salt, and olive oil in a bowl.
Add flour and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and divide it into two.
Shape into loaves and place in greased loaf pans.
Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
