3 Ingredient Naan Bread (no Yeast)
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the flour, yogurt, and baking powder. Add the salt (optional) and mix with a wooden spoon.

  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead the dough for a few minutes until a soft dough forms.

  3. Roll the dough and divide it into 5 equal pieces. Shape each dough piece into a ball.

  4. Use flour to prevent the dough from sticking and roll each dough piece into a flat circle.

  5. Heat up a pan to medium-high heat for 3 minutes. When hot, place the dough and let it cook for each side for about 2-3 minutes, or until the dough gets dark brown spots and bubbles form. Serve hot with melted butter and parsley on top.
