In a bowl, whisk peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth
Stir in oat or almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just combined
Spread half the batter into the dish
Add caramel sauce, then dollop and spread the rest of the batter over top — let caramel peek through
