  1. Add dates, vanilla, and maple syrup to a food processor. Pulse to break them up, then slowly stream in almond milk while blending in 30-second bursts until smooth and creamy.

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment

  3. In a bowl, whisk peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth

  4. Stir in oat or almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just combined

  5. Spread half the batter into the dish

  6. Add caramel sauce, then dollop and spread the rest of the batter over top — let caramel peek through

  7. Bake 25-30 minutes until edges are golden and center is set

  8. Cool completely before slicing, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt
