In a bowl, add low-fat Greek yogurt, self-raising flour, Italian herb seasoning, onion & garlic powder, and salt
Mix well until you get a crumbly texture
Knead the mixture and form a dough ball
Place dough on a floured surface and roll it out as big and thin as possible
Place cut up cheese sticks around the edge of the dough
Fold and seal the edges using your fingers to form the stuffed crust
Spread pizza sauce on top of the dough
Add grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce
Arrange pepperoni slices on top
Bake in oven until golden brown and crispy
Cut into slices and serve
