Chip the potatoes and microwave for 5 minutes.
Mix together the sweetener, chilli powder, chinese 5 spice, garlic granules, salt and pepper.
Coat the chips with ⅓ of the seasoning and air fry at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Whisk the egg in one bowl and mix ⅓ of the seasoning with the cornflour in another bowl.
Dip the chicken strips into the egg, then coat in the seasoned cornflour mixture.
Add the chicken to the air fryer with the chips and cook for 12 minutes.
Pan fry the peppers and onions with the remaining seasoning until softened.
Mix the mayflower curry powder with 100ml boiling water until smooth.
Serve the chicken, chips and vegetables on a plate, drizzle over the curry sauce and enjoy!
