Add 160ml boiling water to the stuffing mix, stir and let FULLY COOL.
Add the sausage meat, honey, sage and chestnuts then get in there with your hands and mix.
Cut your bacon strips in half and lay down in a cross.
Roll a golf ball sized chunk of sausage meat then place in the centre and fold over the bacon.
Place on a baking tray with the seal down.
Cook for 30 minutes on 180c
