Healthy Cinnamon Swirl Oat Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. In a bowl mix together yoghurt, maple syrup, eggs, and milk

  3. Add oats, oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon to the wet ingredients

  4. Mix until just combined

  5. Pour into a prepared baking tin

  6. Mix together cinnamon swirl ingredients (cinnamon, melted butter, and maple syrup)

  7. Drizzle cinnamon swirl mixture over the cake batter

  8. Use a knife to make swirls through the batter

  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
