Dressing
Boil Vegeroni/pasta until Al Dente and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Curry Powder and Olive Oil to form the dressing.
Chop Capsicum, Shallots and Ham
In a large bowl, mix Shallots, Capsicum, Champignons and Ham, stir the dressing through and serve.
