Mini Apple Loaves
  1. Mash banana

  2. Add yoghurt, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla essence to the mashed banana and combine well

  3. Add flour and baking powder and mix well

  4. Stir through the chopped or grated apple

  5. Add a little milk if batter is too thick

  6. Add mixture to greased mini loaf mould

  7. Add sprinkles if using

  8. Bake for 15-17 minutes at 180 degrees

  9. Allow to cool on baking tray

  10. Can be frozen for later use
