Cook ½ lb pasta in salted water until al dente.
Add 3 tbsp of butter and chunks of lobster to a pan. Cook for a few minutes and remove.
Add 3 minced garlic cloves to the same pan. Cook until fragrant.
Add 2 tbsp of tomato paste and mix.
Add 1 shot of vodka. Mix together and let cook for a few minutes.
Add 1.5 cups heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Let cook for 7-10 minutes to allow alcohol to cook off.
Add salt and pepper, then your cooked lobster chunks.
Add ½ cup Parm, your cooked pasta, and a dash of pasta water. Let cook together and enjoy!
