Preheat oven to 180 Cº (360 Fº).
In a bowl mash 2 large ripe bananas and combine with oats, protein powder, ground cinnamon, salt. Stir together banana cookie dough.
Mix in chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
Set oatmeal banana cookie dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Scoop ca. ¼ cup oatmeal cookie dough out and shape 10 cookies. Line cookies over a parchment paper covered baking sheet, spacing cookies apart.
Bake in hot oven for 8 to 12 minutes.
