Spicy Butter Ramen
  1. Discard seasoning packets from Ramen. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.

  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add soy sauce, brown sugar and Sriracha; stir and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add noodles and toss to coat.

  3. Serve with green onions and sesame seeds.
