Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding
  1. Add milk, vanilla, honey, and chia seeds to a mason jar with a lid and shake it up until the ingredients are completely combined.

  2. Let the jar sit for 5 minutes on the counter and then shake again, being careful that the mixture is fully combined.

  3. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.

  4. Add 2 cups of blueberries, 2 tbsp of water, and a pinch of salt to a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.

  5. Once simmering, reduce heat to medium and let the fruit break down as much or as little as you like.
