Black Sesame Energy Balls
  1. Combine roasted black sesame, pitted medjool dates, and coconut flour

  2. Add grated fresh ginger to the mixture

  3. Mix Superba Coffee with 30ml water and add to the mixture

  4. Add a pinch of sea salt

  5. Form the mixture into balls

  6. Optional: add cream cheese to the centre of each ball

  7. Coat the balls in black sesame seeds
