Slow Cooker Meal Prep Series: Episode 35
THAI RED CURRY CHICKEN:
Add the chicken, Thai red curry paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, soy sauce, brown sugar or palm sugar, and light coconut milk to the slow cooker.
FINISHING & GARNISH:
Add the cilantro, Thai basil, lime juice and zest, and salt to taste.
RICE:
Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
