Chili Garlic Butter Noodles
  1. Boil your noodles one minute before al dente and reserve some of the water.

  2. Mince an uncomfortable amount of garlic.

  3. Melt some butter in a pan and cook your garlic for about a minute before adding in chili flakes, stirring slightly, then adding soy sauce and chili oil and cooking for another minute.

  4. Add in your noodles and noodle water. Cook until the sauce is thickened.

  5. Finish with some Parmesan.

  6. Place your noodles in a bowl and optionally garnish with sesame seeds, chili flakes and scallions.
