Sprinkle the steak pieces with salt and black pepper.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and sear 3–4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add remaining butter and garlic. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in cream and Parmesan. Simmer 2–3 minutes until smooth.
Return steak to skillet, toss in sauce, and cook 2 more minutes.
Top with parsley and serve hot over rice, pasta, or vegetables.
