Preheat the oven to 180c fan and line a square cake tin with greaseproof paper
Mash the banana until smooth
Finely chop the strawberries, half the raspberries
Whisk the egg, milk, oil and vanilla
Add the flour and almonds and mix well
Stir in the mashed banana
Gently fold in the berries
Pour into the tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden
