Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana Soup
  1. Cook sausage in a large pot for 5–6 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

  2. Add butter to the pot. Sauté onions until soft, then stir in garlic briefly.

  3. Add broth, water, potatoes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a steady boil until potatoes soften.

  4. Add kale and pour in heavy cream. Return sausage and adjust seasoning.

  5. Warm through and serve with bacon or parmesan if desired.
