Mix flour, Greek yogurt, salt, and baking powder together and knead until smooth dough forms. Add flour if too sticky.
Divide dough into 6 pieces and roll out.
Top with sliced spring onions and press them into the dough. Roll out and fill with dumpling filling.
Mix chicken mince, spring onions, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, gochujang paste, cornstarch, soy sauce, black pepper, and msg together for the filling.
Fill the buns with the dumpling mixture and pinch the dough together to close.
Fry the buns in a pan with oil until golden brown on both sides.
Add a splash of water and steam with a lid on.
Serve with sauce of your choice.
